Cannot copy verses/No split screen

I honestly bought this app because I thought some basic features like split screen (bible/commentary) and the ability to copy a verse were table stakes for bible apps.

I was wrong. :-(

While Johns notes are great, this app is at best clunky to use. The ESV bible app is much more functional.
